What is Delta-9 THC?
Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol, commonly called Delta-9 THC or simply THC, is one of the many naturally occurring cannabinoids found in cannabis and hemp.
Unlike CBD, Delta-9 THC can produce psychoactive effects.

Hemp-Derived THC vs. Cannabis-Derived THC
Here’s something that can initially be confusing:
Delta-9 is Delta-9.
The primary distinction between hemp-derived and marijuana-derived Delta-9 THC is the source of the cannabinoid and how the product is regulated.
Our new products are formulated using hemp-derived cannabinoids and are designed to meet applicable federal hemp requirements.
State laws governing hemp-derived THC vary, which is why Mary’s does not ship these products to every state.

CBD vs. THC: What’s the Difference?
CBD: Non-intoxicating
CBD is a cannabinoid found in hemp and cannabis that does not produce the intoxicating effects associated with THC. It can be used on its own or combined with other cannabinoids as part of a broader cannabinoid routine.
Delta-9 THC: Psychoactive
Delta-9 THC interacts with the body's endocannabinoid system differently than CBD and can produce psychoactive effects. The experience can vary significantly depending on serving size and individual sensitivity.
