Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped within 2 business days from when the order is placed. Orders placed over the weekend will not ship until the following week. We ship all orders via FedEx. You will be provided multiple shipping options ranging from Ground to Next-Day Air at checkout. Multiple orders will be processed in the order in which they were received. Please note that we do not process “rush” or “overnight” orders any faster than any other, so please plan accordingly when choosing your shipping method.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.
Once your order has shipped, you should receive a message via email with your tracking number which will provide an estimated arrival date.
We do not accept returns on orders at this time, however if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us below immediately so we can make it right.
Monthly Auto-Ship Subscription Plan
Enjoy our monthly auto-shipment subscription plan for your favorite products! To activate the auto-shipment subscription service, simply select the monthly delivery option for future shipments on the product page. Please indicate the amount of each product you want to receive on an monthly basis. There’s no minimum number of products you must order, and you can cancel at any time prior to shipment. And as an additional benefit, you’ll enjoy FREE Standard Shipping with every order over $100. When your auto-ship order is ready to be processed, we will send a reminder to the email address under which you registered. Within a few days after your confirmation, your order will be shipped to your default shipping address and charged to your default credit card. You will receive a second email confirming the shipment of the order and that your credit card has been billed. After your first shipment, your orders can be canceled and changed at any time except once an order has been processed for shipment.
To cancel your subscription, go to the MarysNutritionals.com website and go to the top navigation bar. Hover over the “Shop” tab and select “My Account” from the drop-down menu. Log into your account and then select the “Subscriptions” link on the left side of the page. Select “View” next to your subscription number and then scroll down to the Cancel or Change link. Confirm the cancellation and you will no longer be enrolled in our auto-shipment subscription service.
