What is hemp? Is it legal?
Hemp does not cause any psychoactive effects, and it is legal for licensed farmers to grow. Businesses craft clothing, soaps, nutritional products and even cars and houses out of hemp. Industrial hemp is legal across the United States and most of the world.
What makes our hemp different?
Our industrial hemp-derived products are produced from 100% organic plants grown on the Elite Botanicals farm in Loveland, Colorado. The full-spectrum hemp extract used in our products is extracted from flowers and not from seeds, which results in higher potency and better quality. A lot of other hemp-derived products sold in the US today are sourced from overseas and do not meet the same standards to which we hold ourselves.
Where is Mary’s hemp sourced from? How is it classified?
Mary’s hemp extract is derived from 100% organic industrial hemp plants grown in full compliance with the Colorado Department of Agriculture’s industrial hemp program. Since these plants contain significantly less than 0.3% THC, they are classified as industrial hemp under federal and state law.
Do you test your products?
All Mary’s Nutritionals processes and products are tested in a quality control laboratory overseen by Dr. Jeremy Riggle. This in-house testing is conducted on all raw materials, extracts and final products, which are held to exacting standards of purity and consistency. Mary’s also works with independent quality control labs for third-party validation of the quality of all final products. Test results are always available upon request.
What Is hemp extract? What is CBD?
Although there are over 100 identified phytocannabinoids in the cannabis sativa plant, the two most well-known are delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD). Our products are infused with naturally occurring Cannabidiol (CBD). The extract used in our products is sourced from high-quality Colorado-grown hemp plants, which must contain less than 0.3% THC to be classified as hemp. The extract we use contains naturally occurring phytocompounds and terpenes that work synergistically to provide maximum benefits.
How does CBD work?
Endocannabinoids are compounds that our bodies naturally produce to balance and control communication between cells. Research indicates that many unpleasant symptoms and diseases occur when a deficiency or other problem impacts the endocannabinoid system. When cannabinoids like CBD bind to CB1 and CB2 receptors in the body, the receptors either do more or less of what they were doing in order to bring your body back to a place of homeostasis.
Can CBD get me high?
No, it cannot. CBD is a phytocannabinoid that is non-euphoric (it does not result in feelings of euphoria) and has a remarkable safety profile.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Each order is processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days of when it’s placed. Orders placed over the weekend will not ship until the following week. You will be provided with shipping options, ranging from First Class to Priority Mail Express, upon checkout. Please note: We offer free ground shipping within the US on all orders over $100.
Multiple orders will be processed in the order in which they were received. Please note: We do not process “rush” or “overnight” orders any faster than other orders, so plan accordingly when choosing your shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and an estimated arrival date.
The patches are pricey, but better in bulk. Put it on a painful area and you can feel it start working. I use them mostly for neuropathy in my feet.
I have severe midfoot osteoarthritis. Steroid shots quit working, this is only thing giving me relief until probably as surgery. Highly recommend, exceeded my expectations!!
They work very well and will order again
I love this patch, been using it for years. I even cut them up and use them on spots where I have pain on my hands or neck. Great for arthritis pain. I put 1 on my upper leg area when I need to treat my whole body or on my wrist or the top of my hand when I don’t feel good. When women have menstrual cramps, you can cut 1 patch cross way like half a sandwich and put at the top of each leg it will minimize the cramping.. This will allow you to go about your day and forget about the pain. I always at least have 50 patches on hand can’t live without them!! .. I never leave home without them. For Men, you can just put a couple in your wallet so you always have it with you or for a woman put it in your purse.. If I was sick with the flu, I would put one on the top of my hand and on my leg. This will take two patches, but it will change the way you feel.. If you have anxiety put a patch on the back of your hand or on your wrist and it’ll shut down the anxiety. If you give them a try you will be hooked. I can’t say enough about these patches. I share them with everybody so they can have relief. Mary’s please never stop making them. I don’t know what I would do without them. Thank you for letting me write a review so I could share with others. The hope that is out there to change your day or your daily pain.
I also love the Pen and the Muscle Freeze. They are excellent products also.
I am a regular purchaser of the patches, and I truly love them, but I wrote before with no answer from you about not getting my nighttime tincture. There was a promotion with purchase, and I have never received the tincture. :(
